This intranet handles all of Air-Crane’s safety documentation and auditing of updates and tracking of required staff reading. When any staff member logs-in, they are alerted of any changes in the safety documentation they are required to read. Once they verify they have read a document, it is recorded in the audit file. The scrolling sidebar helps user track where they are in this large site. Retention and sorting of required documents is easily handled just by uploading the files and checking a category. Printer-friendly pages allow the changes to be easily added to hard-copy safety binders. A a collapsing side navigation and relevant site search helps users find what they want in this very large site.
